1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyMinutes.ai (“the Service”), operated by Easy Treasurer LLC, DBA EasyQuorum, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyMinutes provides AI-powered meeting minutes generation for volunteer-run organizations. Users submit meeting notes or recordings, and the Service produces formatted board meeting minutes. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require creating an organization account through the EasyQuorum platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to generating meeting minutes for legitimate organizations. You will not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Meeting minutes generated by the Service are AI-produced drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use. EasyMinutes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of generated minutes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (meeting notes, recordings, etc.) and all minutes generated from your content. EasyMinutes retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

8. Data Retention

Free tier: generated minutes are not stored after your session ends. Paid tier: minutes are stored in your organization's account and retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Easy Treasurer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
